1. Who processes the data

2. Data and purposes

• Order request: your name and phone number are needed to contact you and agree the order. Email, delivery address and notes are used if you provide them. An address is needed only for delivery.
• Request contents: items, quantity, price, receiving and payment methods, credit preference and status are needed to process the request.
• Consent: we retain the notice version and the time when request processing was confirmed. This choice is separate from analytics.
• Security: the server processes the network address to limit requests; analytics does not retain IP addresses, search text, contact details, full URLs or device fingerprints.

Contact details are processed for your request based on separate confirmation in the form. Without them the store cannot contact you. Declining analytics does not prevent purchases. Marketing messages and automated credit decisions are not currently used. Do not include passport, medical or card information in notes. If you are under 16, provide personal data with the involvement of a legal representative.

3. Cookies and local storage

Optional analytics is off until you choose. “Necessary only” and “Allow analytics” are equally available. You can change the settings at any time.

Declining stops collection and removes statistics linked to the current cookie from the active database. Visitors without consent are excluded from conversion metrics. One person using different devices may be counted more than once. Advertising cookies and third-party counters are not connected.

4. Access, transfers and payment

Requests are available to appropriately authorized staff in protected administration. In the current local version, the database is on the operator computer. Automatic Telegram notifications and order transfer to ArmSoft are not connected yet. Test exchange with ArmSoft reads products and stock; customer contact details are not transferred in that exchange. The Telegram notification template contains the request number and amount without the customer name, phone, address or notes.

Before connecting hosting, delivery, Telegram, ArmSoft or acquiring, the operator will clarify recipients, processing countries, contracts and applicable grounds for data transfers. Cookie consent is not consent to every transfer abroad.

When the map section approaches the screen, the interactive Yandex map loads automatically to show the store address. Your browser connects directly to Yandex and sends your IP address and technical browser and device data; Yandex may use cookies. The site does not request your precise location. An approximate location may be inferred from your IP address.

Online acquiring is not enabled yet. The website does not accept card numbers, expiry dates or CVV. When connected, card details must be entered on the secure page of the bank or payment provider; the website will receive the payment status and identifier. Seller bank details are listed below.

5. Retention and protection

Individual analytics older than 30 calendar days is cleared when the service is accessed and hourly on the running main server; the cookie choice and its record expire after 180 days. When analytics permission is withdrawn, linked current records are deleted immediately.

Request contact details are needed while reviewing and fulfilling the request and resolving enquiries. Local testing uses test requests. Before accepting real orders, the operator must approve retention periods and deletion procedures for orders, accounting documents and backups. Mandatory document retention periods are not replaced by cookie lifetimes.

Staff access is separated by role and protected by a second factor. Contact details in the database and backups are encrypted. Real data may be transferred over a public network after HTTPS and the server environment are configured.

6. Your rights and enquiries

You may request information about processing and your data, request correction, blocking or deletion where provided by law, and withdraw consent. Write to smartwavegyumri@gmail.com, including the request number and a contact for the reply. To protect data, the operator may request proportionate identity verification.

Withdrawal does not undo lawful actions already taken or statutory retention obligations. If data is necessary to handle the request, stopping its processing may prevent fulfillment. Operator decisions may be appealed to the authorized personal data protection authority of the Republic of Armenia or to a court.
