Description
Seagate SkyHawk is an internal 3.5 drive with 8000 GB capacity using the SATA interface. It is intended for surveillance systems in compatible hardware. Before purchase, check the exact part number and capacity, available PCIe lane or SATA connector, physical clearance, mounting, cooling requirements and system or controller support. Usable formatted capacity is lower than the nominal figure. Actual speed, temperature, endurance and noise depend on the exact revision, workload, cooling, controller and operating mode; important data still requires a separate backup.
