Description
ARCTIC MX-4 4 g is a grey thermal paste for the interface between a processor or graphics chip and its heatsink. ARCTIC specifies a density of 2.50 g/cm³, viscosity of 31,600 poise and a continuous-use range from −50 to 150 °C. The compound is metal-free and electrically non-conductive, making it suitable for CPU and GPU servicing when applied as directed. The resealable syringe contains 4 g. Clean both contact surfaces before application and mount the cooler with even pressure. Final temperature depends on the heatsink, mounting pressure, layer thickness, airflow and heat load.
