Description
Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut TG-K-015-R is a 1.5 ml thermal paste for processor and graphics-chip cooling systems, including overclocked builds. It has a density of 3.7 g/cm³, is electrically non-conductive, requires no curing time, and is specified for −250 to +350 °C. The package includes an applicator, manual, and certificate of origin; spread it in a thin layer over a clean contact surface.
