Description
Intel Pentium Gold G5400 is a Coffee Lake desktop processor for the LGA1151 socket. Its two cores and four threads run at a fixed 3.70 GHz; Turbo Boost is not supported. It has 4 MB of Intel Smart Cache and a 58 W TDP. The dual-channel controller supports up to 64 GB of DDR4-2400 memory. Sixteen PCIe 3.0 lanes are available for a discrete graphics card. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 610 runs at 350–1050 MHz and supports up to three displays, while the available video outputs depend on the motherboard. The LGA1151 label alone does not guarantee compatibility: G5400 requires a Coffee Lake compatible motherboard, typically with an Intel 300-series chipset, and a suitable BIOS version.
