Description
Cooler Master CryoFuze 5 3 g is a nanoparticle-based thermal paste for the interface between a chip and its cooling assembly. Cooler Master specifies 3 g weight, viscosity of 100 Pa·s at 22 °C, density of 3.0 at 25 °C and compound stability from −50 to 240 °C. The formula is electrically insulating, non-corrosive and resistant to oxidation. A scraper and thermal-paste cleaner are listed in the package. CryoFuze 5 is made in several colours; this listing does not identify the supplied colour, so check the package. Final temperature depends on the cooler, mounting pressure, layer thickness and heat load.
