Description
MSI GeForce RTX 3090 GAMING X TRIO 24G is an NVIDIA Ampere graphics card with 24 GB of GDDR6X memory, a 384-bit bus and 10,496 CUDA cores. MSI specifies a boost clock up to 1785 MHz and 19.5 Gb/s memory; actual frequency depends on temperature, power and workload. The host connection is PCIe 4.0 x16. Outputs include three DisplayPort 1.4a ports and one HDMI 2.1 port, supporting up to four displays and a maximum digital resolution of 7680×4320. The card measures 323 × 140 × 56 mm, so check case length, height, thickness and free expansion slots before installation. Specified power consumption is 370 W. It requires three separate PCIe 8-pin connections, and MSI recommends a 750 W PSU. The PSU calculation must also include the processor and other components. TRI FROZR 2 cooling uses three fans, while Zero Frozr stops them at low temperature.
