Description

Intel Core i5-12400F is an Alder Lake desktop processor for the LGA1700 socket with no integrated graphics. Its six performance cores and twelve threads run at a 2.50 GHz base frequency and boost up to 4.40 GHz. It has 18 MB of Intel Smart Cache and 7.5 MB of L2 cache. Processor base power is 65 W and maximum turbo power is 117 W. The dual-channel controller supports up to 128 GB of DDR5-4800 or DDR4-3200, depending on the motherboard. The processor provides up to 20 PCIe 5.0/4.0 lanes. A discrete graphics card is required for display output. Before assembly, check Core i5-12400F support and the BIOS version of the exact LGA1700 motherboard, and use the DDR generation for which that board is designed.
