Description
ARCTIC MX-7 4 g is a grey thermal paste for the interface between a processor or graphics chip and its heatsink. The ACTCP00090A version contains 4 g. ARCTIC specifies viscosity of 35,000–38,000 poise, density of 2.9 g/cm³, a continuous-use range from −50 to 250 °C, volume resistivity of 1.7 × 10¹² Ω·cm and breakdown voltage of 4.2 kV/mm. Clean the contact surfaces before application and mount the cooling assembly with even pressure. Final temperature depends on the cooler, layer thickness, mounting and heat load.
