Description

Halnziye HY510 is a gray, electrically insulating thermal paste designed to improve heat transfer between a processor, chip, or power component and its heatsink. Rated thermal conductivity is 1.93 W/(m·K), operating temperature spans −30 to +300 °C, and density is above 2.0 g/cm³. Apply a thin layer to clean, degreased contact surfaces before mounting the cooler.
