Description
Intel Core i7-8700K is an unlocked 8th Gen Coffee Lake desktop processor for LGA1151. It has 6 cores and 12 threads, a 3.70 GHz base clock, Turbo Boost up to 4.70 GHz, 12 MB of Smart Cache and a 95 W TDP. Intel recommends a thermal solution rated for a 130 W thermal envelope, and no cooler is included with the boxed processor. Its dual-channel controller supports up to 128 GB of DDR4-2666, while CPU and memory overclocking depend on the motherboard and settings. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 runs at 350–1200 MHz.
