Description
DeepCool EX750 is a Термопаста intended for application between a CPU or GPU heat spreader and a compatible heatsink. Before purchase, check the contact area dimensions, cooling manufacturer guidance, electrical conductivity, application method and compatibility with the exact component. Surfaces should be cleaned and degreased, and the heatsink installed with even pressure. Final temperature depends on cooling condition, layer thickness or sheet fit, mounting pressure, airflow and heat load; the material cannot correct a faulty mount or heatsink.
