Description
ARCTIC MX-5 is a 4 g thermal compound for processors, graphics chips and other heatsink-cooled components. The official specification lists a density of 3.2 g/cm³, viscosity of 550 poise and continuous operating range from −40 to +180 °C. The compound contains no metal particles and has high volume resistivity, so careful application does not create an electrical short-circuit risk around the die.
